Lauren Gomez, LCSW, is the Executive Director of the Arizona Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Lauren is passionate about advancing the social work profession, advocating for policies that improve access to care, and fostering a strong, inclusive network of social workers across Arizona. She combines clinical expertise with a proven record in strategic leadership, community building, and program development.
Her vision for NASW–AZ includes expanding professional development opportunities, strengthening advocacy efforts, and creating meaningful connections among members to amplify the profession’s impact across the state.
