You'll hear from leaders across health care, connect with people in your field from every corner of the country, and leave with simple, nonpartisan tools to help eligible voters, including your patients, clients, and colleagues, know their early voting options and make a plan to vote.

Building Your Professional Brand as a Social Worker: Aligning Values, Voice, and Impact

This workshop helps participants define and communicate a professional brand grounded in their values, strengths, expertise, and lived experience so they can make more aligned career decisions, increase their impact, and pursue opportunities with confidence.

It has become commonplace for people to claim that each election is the most important one of our lifetimes. But there is a case to be made that that really is the case in 2026. We’ll review where things are and offer tips on what to pay attention to on and after Election Day. Control of the US House and Senate is up for grabs, along with control of many state legislature and a host of state and local offices, many of which have profound influence on the lives of our clients and communities. We’ll review these elections, and help you think about what social workers might do to find meaningful engagement.

Join the SSWR AI Task Force Listening Session: Exploring the Future of AI in Social Work Education

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping the landscape of social work research, practice, and education. Building on the strong interest and feedback received through our recent outreach, the SSWR AI Task Force, collaboratively working alongside partner organizations including CSWE, NASW, NADD, SWAN, GADE, and the Social Work Grand Challenges is convening a listening session to continue this important conversation.

This session is intended to create space for shared learning, critical reflection, and dialogue across the profession. Insights gathered will help inform future directions, recommendations, and collaborative efforts related to AI within the social work community.
