The AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners is the state agency that handles all certification and licensure in the state of AZ. You can call them at 602-542-1882 or visit their website at azbbhe.us. All questions about reciprocity and qualifications for certification and licensure should be directed to the BBHE. Every state is different and as a result, every case is different. The BBHE will be able to answer your questions and guide you on how to secure credentialing in AZ.
